Goliath Coffee Roasters

This is my go to local! We are so lucky we’ve got a hidden gem of a roaster in the west. The coffee is amazing every time but what differentiates Goliath from others is their welcoming and warm service. David, Clarissa and Ahmed shows everyone what true hospitality is supposed to feel like. A bonus is that they know how to make a bloody good coffee too.

The setup makes you feel like you’re in the hipster pockets of Melbourne, while the owner David and his team bring a down to earth approachability that makes you feel like family. Oh, and the coffee is excellent.

Thank you for making the best coffee beans ever! And for always getting my order to me in the Blue Mountains within a day or two of placing my order. Slingshot is my go to coffee but every few months I think I need a change and order something different from another roaster to try and from that first cup I instantly regret my decision not sticking with Slingshot. I’ve learnt my lesson……when you find the perfect bean stick with it! Thank you once again for the wonderful beans and service. Now I just need to practice the latte art skills lol. Ayesha 😊

I am new to brewing espresso at home but have been supporting local cafes that Proudly Serve Goliath Coffee Beans and my current favourites are Little Hero, Five Stones & Slingshot. Locally roasted, which is a bonus ✨ It is definitely worth it and will be back for more. David was very welcoming, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable 😊 Keep up the amazing work, Goliath Fam!!
