Fairfield Showground has three separate fenced off-leash areas, allowing dogs to be grouped appropriately. There's agility equipment, drinking water, waste bags, shade, toilets, and parking. The three-way split is a useful feature.
Off-leash dog park with three separate fenced areas. Dogs must be under the effective control of a competent person at all times (maximum 4 dogs per person). Dogs must be on a lead when outside the designated off-leash area. Dog owners must dispose of dog droppings in the bins provided. Dogs declared menacing, dangerous, or a restricted breed are prohibited in off-leash areas. Small dog park, ground covered in dog poo you can't even walk without stepping in it. There are poo bags around the area but clearly people dont use them. The area is a nice area the disgusting poo covered ground spoils it.
Great dog park with plenty of space and separate areas for different dogs. Unfortunately, some entitled owners bring large, aggressive dogs and don’t step in when issues arise.. sometimes even becoming aggressive themselves. It would be great to see clearer signage encouraging responsible behaviour, along with a phone number to report problems.
Very convenient dog park, spacious, clean, very bright light at night time, plenty carpark space, water bubbler, all you need
A great dog park that’s been separated into 3 areas: small, medium and large dogs. There are usually lots of aggressive big dogs so be mindful when coming here. Too many people not cleaning after their dogs poop and picking up after their rubbish. However lots of friendly people here as well. The council has been cleaning and maintaining it well.
Loads of shade, big paddock. There can be aggressive dogs but they take a whole paddock for one person and their dog. People are not that friendly.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
