Denistone Park is a local park at Denistone with a fenced dog park, a playground and open grass. Dogs are allowed off-leash within the fenced dog area under effective control. The fencing makes it a secure place for a run, with room to walk around the wider park. A handy fenced off-leash park close to home.
Dog rules
Enclosed off-leash area — dogs may be off-leash at all times within the fenced area. Dogs must be under the control of a competent person, return to handler on command, and be on-leash when entering and leaving the area. Maximum 4 dogs per person. A pleasant park with a decent lookout, a steep grassy hill and playground at the bottom. It has some very nice sunsets that are well worth a look.
