Zarraffa's Coffee Belmont North

Visited today, was extremely busy. The drive thru line was past hungry jacks heading to the roundabout. I felt as tho the price of the gourmet beef roll I purchased for $8.50 was completely not worth and not appetising at all. I also purchased an English breakfast tea that cost me $7… most expensive tea I’ve purchased, and was nothing special.

Called in yesterday, for a late lunch. Two coffees and some cheese and spinach rolls. The coffee was hot and strong, but the cheese and spinach rolls were cold. Not just cold, but almost as if they had been pulled out of the fridge and not even heated. Very disappointed. Would rate the coffee, but not the rolls.

I live in the area, and I didn’t know this existed until last week.. I’m obsessed with their coffee fusions.. I’ve been here 3 times since last week. I love it!! But my bank account does not! Keep up the good work

My Mum and I have been loyal drive through customers to Zaraffas Belmont for years, refusing to use any other brand of beans in our machine at home (Midnight cafe ftw), and deliberately planning our outings so that we drive past Zaraffas for a takeaway coffee. Never had a better tasting coffee, and that’s a bold claim coming from two people who have both been baristas and drink on average 6 espresso shots each per day! Just wanted to say a big thank you for the exceptional customer service always shown by all staff. Today I had a particularly great interaction with the owner/manager, who I believe is named Trent?, who went above and beyond to cater to our allergies and even went as far as opening the door for us as I walked in/out with my daughter. We’ve always been treated so wonderfully, but when given the opportunity the staff there will never fail to ensure you have a great experience. Incredible coffee, incredible atmosphere, and incredible food. Started today on a high thanks to your wonderful team :)

I'm a regular at the drive-through; however, today I went inside for morning tea with a couple of friends. It was nice and clean, even the bathrooms. The staff were lovely.
