The Orana Hotel

The Orana is a great hotel to have lunch with friends and family. Great atmosphere and I love the way they have decorated the place. The service is friendly and quick. The food was delicious. We will definitely go back and try the pizzas as they have an authentic pizza oven. By driving past, you wouldn't realise how good this place is. Not much parking but plenty of side streets to park.

Went for open mike night, which was fantastic. My Margherita was really good, and the wines on offer were reasonably priced and good quality. I would recommend halving the serving on the "family chilli spaghetti" and adding some fresh basil rather than rocket. It was a lot and a bit bland for my taste, but all in all, not a bad way to spend a weeknight :-)

What a meal! Fish Curry special was great, Prawn pasta very well cooked and the Schnitty was bang on. The atmosphere was fairly quiet for a Tuesday however trivia was on. Beers and wines were reasonable.

Great pub. Amazing food, and really good value, they even have wood-fired pizzas, the chicken schnitzel and veggies was excellent!
