Just ate there and probably not returning. Staff (Blonde long hair guy)must be young manager so rude and unprofessional. Refused to let me my husband play 1 game of keno because my son 8 picked the 3 numbers for him.i then went up and she another staff refused as he told her not to let us play.I would of been understanding if he had said it a bit more politly but my god he didn't have to speak/or say it to me like that. I have a local business in moorebank and would not have this type staff working for me. poor owner loosing business from staff like this

The service from the staff working this Australia Day Sunday was amazing. Not only were you greeted with a smile, they made sure everything was perfect. Not to mention the tasty food cooked and presented by the talented chefs. Yummy. Come on down and try it yourself.

I have had dinner at moorebank hotel many times over the past 10 years with a group of girlfriends. Foods always nice enough and the staff are always friendly! Tonight, I was extremely impressed and touched by the care taken towards my group of friends by one of the girls working in the kitchen area. Nice to see that there are kind hearted humans out there and women that look out for other women!

Pretty standard for a venue like this. Staff a pretty friendly. Nice and clean no funky smells. Although I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the rustic ambience and the giant fireplace they have. I haven't seen a fireplace in a pub before. Pool tables are a good feature though you shouldn't have to pay to play pool at a pub. It's worth mentioning that my experience is solely at night and in the pub alone. I have not experienced the hotel itself nor the food.

One word- slop! The food was disgusting. We even opted out of the daily specials and ordered off the normal menu. What annoyed me the most, they are asking for premium price. My husbands steak was $45 and it was terrible. My chicken tacos, the chicken and sauce were honestly out of a can and stone cold. So disappointing.
