The food here is delicious!!! The sauces are so good. Only downfall is that the gf burgers are a little small. I left feeling a little hungry still. The service and staff are wonderful. ❤️ (You should try the gluten free buns from singelton heights bakery !! They are the best in the region and with your sauces and burger insides, you'd be into a winner 😊)

Had such a great experience at The Family Hotel in Maitland! 🙌 The drinks were spot on — super refreshing, well made, and a great range to choose from. Whether you’re after something classic or a bit more fun, they’ve got you covered. The burgers were honestly next level. Juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. And the loaded fries… WOW. Crispy, generous with toppings, and absolutely addictive. Definitely the kind of place where you go “just for a quick bite” and end up planning your next visit before you leave. On top of that, the service was so friendly and welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home and were attentive without being over the top. Such a great local spot — highly recommend if you’re in Maitland! 🍔🍟🍹

Easy to park when we got there, booked before arrival which was easy to do and the food was good for the price. Waited a little for food but cant complain. The burger was a bit small but filling after the entre and had gluten free options which was awesome as our mate is gluten free.

Hands down best steak I've ever had, cooked to perfection, delicious chimichuri and an amazing salad. The staff were exceptional and really treat you like family.

Great great great place. Staff are obviously hand picked by the wonderful manager Daniel, they are so kind and caring, I loved it there. And the price, $85 an night!!!! Phenomenal. Just to let you know, rooms don't have bathrooms, air con or microwaves, but the communal bathroom is incredibly clean, the old building is so well insulated it's nice and cool, and the communal kitchenette is impeccable. You will not be disappointed. I generally don't rate places or waste my time writing about them, so this exception should prove how much I loved this place. Cheers.
