Lakeside Village Tavern

We came here after we frove home from sydney air pot from being awsy. We had lunch here. They have a good selection of food for everyone. They have a great play area for kids. Plenty of parking and rasy access for wheel chairs on one level. The food is what you would expect for pub food but not bad at all.

Easy access location, good parking, great service. Well laid out (amount of lingering cigarette smoke was disappointing) with plenty of seating options. Huge indoor play area for kids. Great fireplace for cold nights. Staff were super accommodating for special dietary requirements - DF, GF. Well priced. Restrooms located inside.

Lakeside Village Tavern is a place I have been going to all my life and it never disappoints. The schnitzel is amazing and easily one of the best meals on the menu. The atmosphere is always great and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a night out. There are fun activities like musical bingo, trivia nights, and even gingerbread decorating, which makes it enjoyable for all ages. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to have a chat, which really adds to the experience. The covered playground for kids is awesome and makes it a great choice for families. Overall, it is a fantastic local venue with great food, a great vibe, and something for everyone.

On our way back to Sydney we stopped by as it had a nice playground for kids and the food looked good in the photos. So we checked it out and it was perfect. Kids had so much fun, the play area was covered and we could enjoy our meal inside with a nice aircon while outside was 30 degrees.

This was a fantastic find! Only a few minutes off the highway and well worth it. The main meals were BIG and tasted delicious. The BBQ sauce on the meat-o-saurus pizza was a bit sweet but the Hawaiian was great. The seafood basket was so good - the calamari was fresh, the prawns were really tasty and there was plenty of seafood on the plate. The chicken schnitzel was well cooked and succulent. The covered kids playground was amazing with 5 slides for the kids! Great food, great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
