The pizza and pasta were absolutely delicious. I thought it would be a very large place, but it wasn’t actually that big. There were three restaurants in the one building, and you have to choose one restaurant and order from their menu. It’s not like a food court where you can order from different places and eat together. Each restaurant has its own designated seating area. We looked at the menus and decided to eat at Ana. The prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent. The only downside was parking. You have to find street parking, but it was very difficult to get a spot. It seemed like all the apartment residents had already taken the spaces, and there were also many illegally parked cars.

Came here for a dinner one night, located in a really weird location. Street parking is next to non existent and really hard to find parking. Turns out they offered free valet parking that night (not sure if its every night or for how long it will be free). We were expecting it to be very full and busy for a Saturday night but it was pretty quiet and dead. Service was pretty poor, went up to one of the staff to ask what we do as far as seating and ordering food as first timers and the server looked at me like I was an idiot and asked a dumb question. Its like a food court style seating but there are certain sections you are allowed to sit at depending on which restaurant you want to order from. Some of the tables had QR codes to order from and others didnt, when you open the menu it was blank there ended up being 2 dine in options and 1 takeaway option and the order menu was on 1 dine in option and not the other. When you stand at the bar waiting to ask a question or get some help you get ignored. When the food finally came out it was ok not anything special. It was a nice chilled place to sit around and chat with your friends/family post dinner, but would probably not come here again.

We had my cousins graduation dinner here last night in one of the event rooms. From the beginning the process was smooth and everything i requested was done without hesitation. We even had dietary requirements for a few guests, they accommodated for us and made sure the guests were well attended to in receiving alternate options. The food was absolutely Amazing, so was the service. What made our night even more eventful was the fact that they had complimentary Valet parking which made it so much easier for all our guests in getting to the event on time without having the hassle of having to find a parking spot on the street. I will definitely be back for more events in the future. Thank you to the Papermill Team!

An American mama reached out to us to set up our balloon backdrop and softplay for their bubs baptism and the venue was fantastic. Lucy was absolutely amazing in helping us with regards to bump in and bump out time - thanks so much to her! The space itself was clean and perfect for setting up our softplay, ballpit and balloon backdrop. Highly recommend this venue for a birthday party or function!

Sadly need to give poor rating for the poor service. Went here for a second time and it was bit busy. The first and foremost concern is that the staff are pretty annoying. You go ask the bar because no one is coming up to you to accommodate. Not a single helpful staff. The women are making faces when you need to place your order because the damn QR code wasn’t working. The food came out and it tasted average nothing special. We were seating outside so our child can play at the playground. I followed up twice on the dessert and not a single person came back. 20 minutes passed and still nothing. Went inside to get a refund. To the owner of this place, have a look on your staff and replace them. There has been inconsistent customer service here. Staff are slow to move, making faces, and not friendly at all. I wouldn’t want to recommend the place anymore because of my firsthand experience. If you change the useless staff, this place is not going down hill. You need people who enjoy doing their job so they can elevate the experience of people dining here.
