Wow! This place is a find! Magnificent food with a specialty from Amy’s, the owner’s village, in North Vietnam. Amy is an inspiration and K Cafe/Bar/Vietnamese Restaurant in Macquarie Park is well worth the visit. Whatever you do, ignore any ridiculous 1 star reviews given. This troll has obviously never been to Amy’s restaurant! I keep taking my friends and family here because it is fresh, clean food served in a fresh, clean restaurant, cooked in a fresh, clean kitchen! And Amy is delightful! She has poured her heart, soul and wonderful heritage into this place. I can’t do a second review so have edited my original review to defend the reputation of K Cafe.
Have been here three times in the past week and a half after being referred by my new work colleagues. Great selection of fresh Vietnamese dishes and I must say they don't skimp on the quality of each ingredient. Lovely set up and great vibe. Amy the owner will stop at nothing to service you and make sure you're totally satisfied and the staff look after you like family.
Had an amazing meal at K Café and Bar in Macquarie Park! The pho was rich and comforting, the crispy pork belly was perfectly done, and the red duck curry was full of flavour and good amount of spice. Finished with the fried ice cream for the perfect sweet ending. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly service.
Lovely, well designed restaurant. Dishes were amazing. We loved chatting with the owner and loved listening to the story behind K Cafe & Bar. Very Highly recommend the pork and prawn spring rolls, crispy pork and the deep fried barra. Brilliant!
