Had lunch with my mother today. Food was lovely & great value (lunch specials). Staff were so pleasant and helpful. We are holding a function here in a couple of weeks, and we are all looking forward to it.

This is what your happy sending out as medium Rare? Disgusting. Staff had no interest in being there either. $40 and I get raw steak and a bad attitude.

Tash Eliza and Drew were an excellent choice for lunch at the Mattara in Charlestown. I had lunch on Friday and the service was warm, fast and welcoming. The T-bone steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and the Caesar salad was fresh and delicious. Great atmosphere, great service — especially from Tash — who made the whole experience easy.
