I’m so excited to share that it's my second day in a row enjoying the incredible $15 steak here! The quality of the meat is absolutely fantastic, and the chips and salad options are simply excellent! Plus, the best part? You can snag this amazing discount by becoming a member, and guess what? Membership is totally free! The staff are super friendly, making the experience even better, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The restaurant is open from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm for lunch and then again for dinner from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. If you’re looking for a delightful meal, this is definitely the place to be!

First visit, despite living locally for almost 50 years. The food was excellent, the servings very generous. Bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Was really excited to try the Prospect hotel bistro as I saw all over my social media, but unfortunately it was a big letdown for my family after waiting nearly 1 hour for our food and entrées we ordered kids meals went up to the bar had to line up and wait very slow service to get the free drink and ice cream that came with it constantly kept being asked by staff if it was paid for previously which it was one staff member didn’t want to deal with giving me a jug of water it was like a big inconvenience for him so he palmed me off to the other server The Caesar salad was just big chunks of lettuce leaves, which was really hard to eat and burnt bacon and wasn’t pleasant at all my mother-in-law ordered the fish and it came out burnt. She could barely eat it after dealing with the server at the bar I didn’t want to make a fuss about it, dessert was nothing special I will definitely not be back. It was not worth the money at all

Good menu and reasonable prices - do try the lamb shank pie. Great range of drinks. Food was very slow to arrive but otherwise service was great with staff able to put the NBL game on one of the tvs upon request even during a major NRL game.

Reviewing as the pub here, as its been fully renovated in September 2025. There is a whole new menu at the bistro. I have tried a couple of dishes in the past month. The Hot salmon salad is delicious highly recommend. The Spanakotpita is exceptionally good, be prepared to wait 25min as its baked from scratch. Steak sandwich bang on mouthwatering. Only suggestion is The main meals menu, could be more varied and weekly weekday Specials. Well done on the upgrade and renovations Prospect Hotel. I highly recommend dropping by for a visit.
