Had a great time here! The staff were super welcoming, really nice, and the customer service was excellent. Managers were so friendly. Such a fun night overall and a great vibe. Would definitely go again!
Yesterday afternoon on Australia Day. My friend and I randomly walked into this bar to play the pokies. The staff member was very friendly. Even though she was working alone and was quite busy, she still came over straight away to ask what drinks we’d like. It made us feel really comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again.
Pam, the Thai staff member, was very lovely and friendly. She had a great smile and made the experience much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Chinese manager (short) and another Chinese staff member (larger build) were not very polite or welcoming. Their attitude affected the overall experience. Hopefully the service can be improved so customers feel more comfortable and well looked after.
The waiter called vicky did not want to give me drink. She was rude and lied to me. She said i did not play the poker machine. I spent thousands of dollars in the poker machines there and could not even get a glass of drink. Vicky should be sacked because she does not care about customers and lazy too. I asked for instant noodle also she said it has finished. No manners, rude, lazy and a liar. Don't go there. No customer service at all. They just want your money but treat you like a dirt.
I recently was passing through Hurstville and decided to stop by here for a drink. All the staff and management were absolutely lovely. Especially this one girl in the gaming bar who always had the biggest smile on her face and was always around to help everyone out, I’m pretty sure her name was Hasti. I will be recommending people to stop by
