Manning River Hotel

The Manning has been my chosen place to go out for many years. Great food by Scotty and the team, amazingly friendly staff and a chilled vibe. The biggest thing that makes it so welcoming is the staff that know you and make you feel welcome. Not that we have fav’s but Billy is an awesome bartender and it’s always great when he is on. Legend! Highly recommend ☺️

Myself and my three older children ate here. We were exceptionally surprised at the large choice of gluten free foods ( a consideration for my family ). The staff were all friendly and engaging and the atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly. A real gem of a place! ( note we didn’t stay in the rooms ).

Just had lunch at our local pub and had mixed vibes 🍴. Treated ourselves to the 500g rump steak and trout – flavours were 🔥 and freshness was on point! Only thing that didn't hit the spot was the temp; both dishes were a bit on the cool side 😐. Might be a one-off, but thought I'd mention it 🤔. A bit disappointing 😞

Thank you to the bar staff and the kitchen staff for the great service and meals we enjoyed for our staff Christmas Party. Your hotel is lovely and very family friendly we were all impressed. I can imagine with you all being so busy it was quite a challenge getting our large meal order for 22 people out, but you made it look easy. The food and service was excellent. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I haven't been here since I was a teenager as I'd moved interstate. Went for lunch over the weekend for my grandmothers birthday with a group of over 20. The staff were helpful, friendly and had great customer service skills. The food was delicious and very good prices! The kids played in the park, which was pretty good. One of our family members had a bit of a medical episode and we had staff coming to check on her which was amazing. Will definitely be coming back when I come back.
