Our client booked us to set up softplay at this venue for her bubs first birthday and it was the perfect venue for such a special celebration and everyone had a blast. Venue was clean, spacious and lots of parking. The interior is also very nicely and recently renovated. HUGEE thank you to Jana, she was so amazing and super helpful in helping us bump in and out. Honestly one of the loveliest humans we've met - thank you so much! We can't wait to be back again for another celebration - highly recommend this venue 😊

One of the best places in Silverwater to grab a delicious meal and have a refreshing drink. The hotel is very spacious with multiple in door and outdoor areas. They have dedicated gambling areas, if that's your thing as well as seating areas around the bars and more intimate booths where you can watch sports and keno screens

Delicious food, service at the ordering counter is a little slow and I'd recommend double checking what was ordered before paying. Food was fantastic though!

We used to attend Silverwater hotel often, we had the rewards me membership card that would give you points to allow for discounts off both food & drinks. The food portions were great, including the starters. Since new management, we have noticed that the rewards me program has been discontinued which is disappointing. The food portions have also changed and feel some meals are now smaller in size for the same price. I paid an additional $5 for chicken in a pasta the other night and there was barely any there. We were also served cocktails that weren’t full and came out originally with no ice either. We had to ask for them to be returned and bought back how we would normally get them. Paying $40 for 2 cocktails that are half full isn’t what we would normally expect. Overall, it’s been a bit disappointing since these changes have been made and we aren’t as inclined to visit as often now.
