Holmesville Hotel

What a great pub! Got there close to 2pm Sunday, was passing through and thought a lunch would be nice. We ordered, got our drinks and sat outside. A 3-man band started up, they were good! I really like that when bands do covers they reproduce the song as close to original as possible, I was not disappointed! Lead guitar/ singer was spot on. The drummer was very good (my favourite instrument) and the bassist brought it all together. It's very hard to eat my meal and sing along, let alone keep my drumming feet going under the table! I will be working in the area towards the end of the year, so even though the band might not be there mid week, I'll happily come for the food and thr atmosphere!!!

For the last 2 weeks I have been on a holiday with family and popped in 3 times and a girl went over and beyond with her service so bubbly and happy to be there. She wanted her customers to leave with a smile you could tell the food was exceptional best steak I’ve had in a while. When I asked for this girls name she said Jess N and she needs praise on how amazing she looks after customers. I hope this gets passed on to her and the chefs

Went there today with 12 family members for lunch and everyone was so happy with their meal and the service was amazing. Can’t recommend it highly enough it was fantastic

Great little pub great food, only downside, was our party of 6 ordered at the same time first 2 meals came out and there meals were finished before the remaining came out

Great Pub, play equipment for the kids. We had dinner there, was absolutely delicious and decent sized meals. Highly recommended. Note: we didnt stay there as we are locals.
