First time visiting minmi pub, and won't be the last! Luch on a sunday was just awesome, and DI from the kitchen was the best, so down to earth and just lovely. Food was soooo good, a good country lunch at its best with a relaxed atmosphere Thanx so much DI, hope to see again soon 🙏
The Reno’s look great. Was stoked to see how accessible areas of the hotel are now. However it’s disappointing for wheelchair parents to access the playground with their children. There’s only access with stairs, which makes it hard if our children hurt themselves, want to be close to us etc. I would’ve expected accessibility since there’s accessible areas everywhere else.
Lunch was lovely, sitting outside with kids play area right there and beautiful outlook over the bush. Food was served quickly and was very tasty. Bistro dining area is a little tired looking but the other areas are lovely and they have clearly made some upgrades. Really lovely spot.
Food was fantastic, particularly the steak sandwich and the peri-peri chicken burger. Both cooked to perfection & incredible flavours. Food came out quickly & staff were friendly. Would be a lovely pub to sit outside on a warm afternoon but unfortunately we had to sit indoors, which doesn’t have quite the same atmosphere. Still a lovely place for lunch or dinner.
Went here for a catch up with a friend. Won't be going back any time soon. Wife's food was cold, and my burger was alright, but not exactly nice and hot. Had issues with bar staff as well, as the bucket of drinks wasn't available anymore, even though the sign was next to the till. They removed the sign and said it was never there. The bistro staff were good, but the food let them down. The Diane sauce was the best part of the meal.
