Belrose Hotel

I attended our staff Christmas Dinner and I can't speak highly enough about Belrose Hotel. I work in retail so customer service is always at the top of my list. I can honestly say that the service/communication, from the very first email from Lindy, to the assistance from Lucas and Cameron at reception, to the lovely lady they had on the floor as the Manager, was over and beyond. It was the best experience I've had in a very long time! We ordered the Function Platters. The food came out 10mins after enquiries. It was fresh, delicious and the portions were very generous. There was so much leftover food which the staff were happy to take home. The Beer Garden area that was allocated for our group was perfect. It wasn't too noisy so people were able to have a conversation without having to yell at each other. The entire experience was fantastic. Would definitely go back for 2026. Thank you to the staff who looked after us all. If you are looking for a function venue, definitely look at Belrose Hotel.

We’ve now celebrated two very special events here — our child’s baptism and first birthday — and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff are incredible, especially Lindy and Roxy. They are both fantastic, professional, and genuinely beautiful women to work alongside. They went above and beyond to make our days feel so special and stress-free. The food was amazing, generous portions, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish was appealing and thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. The space itself is perfect for both adults and children. It’s easily accessible for everyone, from prams to wheelchairs, which made a huge difference for our large family. Every single person working there was kind, patient, and so understanding. With a big family like ours, there’s always a lot happening, but they were nothing but supportive the entire time. We are beyond grateful to Belrose Hotel. Thank you for having us and helping us create such beautiful memories.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Belrose Hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. The party manager was incredibly helpful in arranging the room exactly as we needed and accommodating some special food requests without any hassle. The food was delicious, served on time, and in great portion sizes. The space was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a children’s party. The staff were absolutely amazing — attentive, kind, and always ready to help. There was plenty of space for the DJ and for the kids to dance and have fun. Even after the party, many guests stayed to enjoy the playground, which was a big bonus. Despite being very tired, my daughter (and many of the kids!) didn’t want to leave — which says it all. Thank you for making the day so special and stress-free for our family. We truly had a great time and are very grateful.

Menu changed, basically no vegan food. The pizza that has a vegan option is just without cheese and is dry and kind of tasteless. Staff didnt seem to know the menu was a little frustrating. Live music was a shocker

Great place for a get together. Good value food, especially if you come for a birthday function and get 50% off. It can be a bit noisy on weekends. We came on a Saturday and it was fine, but couldn’t talk along a table of 10. Mid-week is much quieter. The pork ribs are huge! The eye fillet was super soft melted-in-your mouth. Worth the extra compared to the rump - you’ll be glad.
