Sharks at Kareela

We recently had the pleasure of booking a Celebration Of Life function at Sharks Kareela and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bec, Gina and all the staff were so accomodating and so helpful, from the very first phone call, throughout the process and right up to the minute we left the club. Nothing was too much trouble and they all helped make the day that little bit more special. Highly recommend this venue! Thanks again to all of you.

We had our Year 6 Farewell at Sharkies last December. All the staff made our experience so seamless. They were so helpful and very attentive. We had such amazing feedback from the parents and students. The room is also beautiful right there on the golf course. We will absolutely be booking again next year.

I recently celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday at this venue, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. One of the managers, Bec, stepped in wonderfully when our party decorator arrived 1.5 hours late, suggesting the addition of stunning pre-lit candle sets on the tables, which made a significant impact on the atmosphere. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The highlight of the night was the delicious dinner; we chose lamb and chicken for our mains, and all our guests raved about how good the food was. A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated staff for their hard work in making our evening so special. I highly recommend this venue for any significant event you wish to celebrate – you won’t be disappointed!

When to my friends 60th last night. One of the wait staff service was absolutely terrible. While serving mains. The waitress refused to change my meal and left me with no food. As my wife tried to explain to the waitress but again she refused to change it and was admit about it. I find this service terrible and disgusted by her attitude and behaviour. She is there to serve. It ruined my night. I too was thinking about celebrating my 60th birthday at your establishment in April but after this treatment not only would I never go back to your establishment but would also recommend any of my friends and family. I am Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with your staff at your establishment. And would not recommend attending a club where guests are not treated correctly by there staff.

I am so pleased to have had our ihelpu Christmas party here. They dressed the table for us. Greeted us and the food was amazing and on time. I highly recommend this venue- the staff were amazing too.
