Good açai experience. The only thing is the seating is right in front of the sliding door that area is very windy. If they can place some tables on sides or back would be even better.

Deadset upset , I come with my kids and wife which is pregnant to enjoy an açai on a hot day , I ordered a small biscoff , you can literally see the oil mixed in with it , although it should be going hard once it hits the Acai it stayed runny you can see the clear oil you don’t believe me I advised the customers to check themselves before feeding this to their children

The service here is amazing — everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure you get exactly what you want. They’re quick, but still take the time to make everything look and taste perfect. The açaí itself is honestly the best I’ve had — thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and actually care about quality. Every bowl tastes so refreshing and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend if you want great açaí and even better service!

I stopped by Thirsty Monkey today and had a great experience! The staff were super friendly and gave excellent service. I ordered an açaí bowl. It was delicious and just the right texture. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality acai and good vibes!

I was really looking forward to enjoying açaí with my son on Sunday night, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member serving us—Jess, who had long black hair and was on the larger side—got both of our orders wrong. She didn’t repeat the order back to us, which likely led to the mistake. What was most surprising was how she presented my son’s acia, especially when she added the kataifi—it looked careless and unappetizing. It’s a shame, because we were excited about our visit. That was a first experience at thirsty monkey, but we won't be going back, as we are locals in Liverpool I'll just stick to purple parrot, staff are always friendly and there's always some new flavour to try. And no I don't own the business it's just good service and take accountability if the order wasn't repeated. Unlike some owners.
