Pub looks decent enough, but if you want to use the bottle shop you will be treated like a criminal with their STRICTLY NO ENTRY policy. The attendant will have to walk around and read out their ridiculously high prices so you can decide what to buy. They don't allow customers to actually enter the store and browse products for themselves. Hands down the worst bottle shop I have ever been to. I would never eat here, or waste my money at the pokies at this pub, due to the putrid manner in which the pub's bottle shop treats its customers. The bottle shop either needs new management, or to simply shut the doors. There is no reason for them to even be running a business if they want to treat their customers in this manner. If you want to run it as a strictly no entry drive through, then the attendant needs to be meeting people at their car windows,, similar to mcdonalds. The current way it is run - with customers having to stand behind the fence like some sort of caged animal, while the attendant runs back and forth reading out their prices, so the customer can actually figure out what to buy - is nothing short of putrid.

I attended for dinner service and the bistro staff were amazing! Showed extensive knowledge of the menu, the meals were bought out with barely any wait time. Tasted amazing and presented very well!! I had the Lamb souvlaki!! Absolutely amazing. Hats off to the chef! And staff for great hospitality. The gaming sides of thing were not great. Huge wait time after pressing the button to request a drink, when I was finally served I was very rudely shrugged off. Not sure of her name but she was an older lady with red Curley ponytail, she needs an education in customer service, unfortunately some people can’t be taught! She would still walk around with that I’m better than you attitude!! Never felt so unwelcome in a gaming room.

Located in the Glenquarie Town Centre, Cnr of Harold Street & Victoria Road, Macquarie Fields, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. Edit - Our group returned today after not coming for a long time. It’s been taken over with new management and there is a huge renovation going on. There’s a new menu which is great. I had the garlic prawns and rice. It was delicious 😋. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a pretty large group including people in wheelchairs 🦼 and we were helped a lot. Original - A great little place for a delicious meal at great value. I had a steak and chips with peppercorn sauce and it was delicious. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our group especially as we had people in wheelchairs. Would definitely recommend. Thumbs Up!! 👍👍👍👍
