Friendly service - great coffee and quick food prep. I went for the breakfast bruschetta and it was amazing! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating plus heaps of parking! Wonderful!
Heritage Café in Malabar is a pretty solid local spot if you’re after a straightforward, no-fuss coffee experience. It’s conveniently located, easy to duck into, and the first service was warm and friendly — the kind of greeting that makes you feel like you’ve wandered into a neighbourhood favourite. The coffee itself was decent. Nothing mind-blowing, nothing disappointing — just a reliably good cup that does the job. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want: a place where you know what you’re getting, without any surprises, good or bad. The space has a relaxed feel, which suits the area well. It’s the kind of café you drop by on a morning walk, or when you’re catching up with a friend and want somewhere simple, calm, and consistent. If you’re looking for a specialty-coffee, next-level-beans, out-of-this-world brunch experience, this probably won’t be your go-to. But if you want a dependable cup and handy location, Heritage Café delivers exactly that. Overall, a decent local café that fills its role well. I wouldn’t travel across town for it, but if you’re in the area, it’s a convenient and pleasant stop.
Food was delicious, very chilled vibes, small seated area inside but loads of outside tables. Smallish menu but has the classics & a few nice alternatives, plus a specials board. Today was the first time we've tried for food, rather than just coffee, would definitely recommend.
Nice Cafe, small but lots of out door tables to enjoy natural sunlight. The food is tasteful and menu is simple but effective. The coffee is robust and flavourful and food is tasteful and creative use of ingredients. The service is the only query, staff aren’t rude but aren’t helpful or create a nice atmosphere. Overall a good experience with nice coffee and food. I recommend the veggie Stack , the pesto sauce was the hero of the dish.
Very cute and cosy spot that we accidentally found. We had a beautiful breakfast. Check out the specials as they’re not on the menu. I personally found the menu limited but looking at the kitchen size it makes sense. The food was very tasty, good portion and looked pretty! Coffee was good! Staff was kind; the interior has a cottage look&feel. It gets full very quickly but you can also sit outside.
