No microwave in the room so went to this so called bistro only to be told they are not serving hotel guests for a private group of about 5 people. How would you feel? Going to work on an empty stomach.
Overpriced bland cheese sandwich disguised as a Halloumi burger. Service was disjointed at best, food for other diners arriving after me came out before I’d even ordered or received my drink. Asked for water that never arrived and was impossible to get attention for salt or the water. Extremely disappointed.
The serrvice was beyond terible. We waited 30min for our drink order, which only arrived because I reminded them that we ordered 30min prior. At which point we discovered that they lost our order. The staff were apologetic but did nothing to speed up the service after an additional 30 min they brang out one of the main dishes. We waited an additional 20 minutes before we enquiered where the remainder of our order was. At this point, the staff huddled together and did nothing. after we saw this, we chose to walk out. We waited 1hr 20min for no service and no resolution. I do not recommend eating here
Pleasantly surprised with my meal! I had the Parmy, didn’t leave a crumb. Cheesy garlic bread pops off. Riesling was yummy. My partner had the fish & chips, he loved it.
The staff were attentive and friendly. The service was fast. We ordered the Kaarage Chicken for entree and the butter chicken, as these were gluten free and both really tasty and generous.
