Bridgeview Hotel

Very good value. Excellent service and clean comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms, kitchen and toilet. Easy to find and check in. Room has TV and aircon and basic tea/coffee making equipment. For me the bed was comfortable with good clean sheets. There is a common kitchen. This is well equipped and clean. There is even a washing machine that can be used for free. Shops and buses to city and Chatswood right outside. Will definitely stay again.

My experience at Breidview Hotel was deeply disappointing, particularly in relation to the reception staff. From the moment we arrived, my friends and I felt that the service was dismissive, unfriendly, and delivered with very little willingness to assist. More concerning, however, was the strong impression that we were being treated differently. The tone, body language and lack of basic courtesy gave us a genuine feeling of racial bias in the way we were attended to. As international guests, this was extremely upsetting and uncomfortable. No guest should ever feel unwelcome or judged. We travel and stay in many places, and we understand that everyone can have a difficult day — but this felt beyond simple poor service. It felt personal, and it left a lasting negative impression on our stay. When booking accommodation, you expect professionalism, respect and equal treatment. Sadly, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and respectful environment

Honestly, don’t be put off by some of the sad and negative reviews. Their rooms aren’t the newest, as this is an older hotel, but it’s a decent place to stay, beds are comfortable and hospitality is exceptional !!!! If something is not quite right speak to the friendly staff and they more than willing to accommodate, the whole team are friendly, they have made my stay more than enjoyable, if you’re wanting a five star experience go to a five star hotel and pay five star price, really good value for what you pay, there’s some complaints about no coffee machine in the room but no worries there are cafes just across the road, I seen a review that complaints about air conditioning not working b.s, I have had 3 different rooms for my family and in every room the air-conditioning has been working, I travelled from New Zealand and they have made my holiday really enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team at Bridgeview Hotel from me and my family if I come to Sydney for another holiday, I’ll definitely be coming back to BRIDGEVIEW HOTEL!!!!!

The place is perfect for our local family and friends to come have fun. Today is my first visit. Food was good drink was nice and we got the happy hour cocktail. I would like to say thank you to the gaming girl Michelle. She has a very beautiful smile and great service. Lots of customers and I can tell everyone would like to come back because of her. I would like to come back again. See you guys soon. well done guys!

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Whole place was clean and cozy. Rooms were great, comfy beds, air conditioning, TVs. Building was charming and nicely decorated. Good facilities (bathrooms with soap and towels, kitchen with cooking appliances). Nice outdoor sitting areas. 10/10 would stay again.
