Nestled in the back streets of Woy Woy’s business district is a hidden gem. If you squint you can almost imagine that you are at a modern, city esque, coffee shop somewhere on Enmore Road (all be it, without the constant drone of the traffic and aeroplanes landing soundscape). Complete with the bespoke artwork of Sindy Sinn adorning the wall, one can enjoy a more than decent coffee at an indecent hour in the morning. It takes dedication to open year round at 6 am fronting the public with welcoming and friendly banter. The coffee here, proves to be the elixir required to kick start your day. The long shared table fosters a community vibe and the venue can be hired for after hours, evening events, birthdays, book launches and the like. As the rising Sun peaks over the other buildings in the street The CNR is soon filled with the warming light of the new day. By the time the sun has risen to the business hours generally accepted by the masses The CNR is surrounded by other cafes and pub food options who’s offerings are but hollow promises on their menus as compared with the over sized toasties available this establishment. The toasties Menu provides you with some comfort food options that are like a warm hug from mum as well as other heartier variations. Besides the coffee and toasties The CNR is also an outlet for SSB chilli sauces and Drunken Sailor condiments shaking up the suburbs’ “white bread” taste buds into an unmistakable new era of tastes. The CNR smokes their own meats for use on their toasties (so check the menu for fresh specials) and also makes jerky and gourmet seasoned salt rubs for sale. Now I usually swing by for an early coffee while strolling with the dog in the morning, and yes have become a fan of the CNR, but you do not have to take my word for it, but they do appear to have a loyal customer base in the form of emergency services personnel, now if you can’t trust an AMBO who can you trust.

Toasty was good, but a few more menu items would be advantageous.

Most unique sandwiches I've had, bought the Mr Stinky, Chickalicious and Nutella Mocha. All delicious and pricing is worthy of value and size. Also have loyalty cards! UPDATE: 8mths later back in Gosford, visited again during a busy period, considering there was only 3 people working it was surprisingly fast for 2 sadwish and a coffee. Delicious again. ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cnr. Woy Woy Café is an absolute gem! The coffee is consistently top-notch—smooth, strong, and full of flavour. Their toasties are next level: golden, crispy, and loaded with delicious fillings. The staff are always welcoming and the laid-back coastal vibe makes it the perfect spot to relax. Easily one of my favourite places on the Peninsula!

Had two of the toasties and both were delicious! The Aussie As was really well priced and the Indo Me was a little bit pricier at $13 but after enjoying it and the size of it it’s a more than fair price!
