Lovely on leash park with plenty of walkways outside the sports ground where dogs are not allowed. Also has toilets, fitness equipment, tennis courts and electric bbqs, so you can make a day of it. Very busy on weekends and cafes very close.

Nice spot to sit with your dog on leash around the oval under the shady trees. Dogs not allowed on main sports field.

Camperdown Park Although a huge park , Sectioned off in different areas for Dog Owners for many people & there fur buddy's There are way to Many dog owners whom think it's ok for there Dogs to Run/ Charge up to Not SO much Myself but MY SERVICE ASSIS TANCE DOG, Which by Council law is 100% ELEGAL & Classed as a Violent Attack Weather or not there has or has Not been Any physical Contact , it doesn't matter how Well trained MY dog is or the other owners dog it Can not be Controlled By a Whistel/ Voice Command or hand Signals IT should be kept On a leash ( COUNCIL LAW) REGADLESS YES all dogs love to have a good Sniff of each other however some owners Seem to think think that wagging tails is a sign that both dogs like each other ? THIS IS NOT TRUE &Dont Seem to take Responsibility for I r there Dogs Bad Actions which is totally inexcusable,These kind of Owners should Use there brains & keep or Call there free romìng free dog Completely away from All SERVICE ASSISTANCE Dogs at All times regardless Wether the SERVICE DOG is a SERVICE ASSISTANCE DOG or a SERVICE dog for the blind or a SERVICE DOG that's for a Diabetic ANY SERVICE DOG, MY SERVICE ASSISTANCE DOG has been Attacked in Camperdown Park that Many times I can not recall the Amount of times, Some of the OFFENDING Dogs I have been able to Stop by Voice & hand Signals & the Ownerss have been Screaming at there dog to Stop this doesn't Work !! If they Can't Control there dog from such bad manners or ability to stop there dog from charging EXSPERLY at a SERVICE DOG they Should keep it On a leash in full Controle at ALL TIMES! So Now I can't give MY SERVICE ASSISTANCE DOG to Such a Great park I go to the church Next door & Other Owners are much more Considerate of Such Matters . I hope 🙏 that I get get some good support 🙏 On this Never ending Situation at CAMPERDOWN PARK. REGARDS P A Knight My health situation Sevear PTSD +

Super fun double-sided curbs next to the tennis courts. They work really well for boardslides but Slappy grinds can be a little tricky. A lot of shade from the trees and bubbler and toilets near by - top spot!
