We love Thirstville, such a great spot on the main street in Marrickville! The owners and staff are the loveliest, and there’s an amazing selection of wines and craft beers that you can enjoy there or take away. It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink and soak up the local Ville atmosphere. Dog friendly too, which we love for all the dog pats! 🐶🍷

Great little bottle shop. Wide selection of beers, both international and local, with a social bar downstairs and a more secluded second bar and lounge upstairs (including a pool table!). Their wine selection is fantastic, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. All tap beers are swapped out regularly, so it's worth visiting often as they'll always have something new. And it's dog friendly! An absolute gem.

Thank you "Thirstville" Marrickville for challenging our tastebuds with your offering of an unrecognisable Shiraz. Two glasses of the supposedly the same wine smelled and tasted very different.....different bad. Yes, you have to make money somehow, but not by poisoning your customers. Not recommended. Zero stars would be fair, one star is too good for you.

I had a great cold, craft beer on the very hot day yesterday. Friendly welcoming staff. Gave me a taste of the Pale Ale on tap to check if I liked it.

Great bar place in Marrickville. I really enjoyed my time here. They serve fresh beer as well as serving as a bottle shop. I’d recommend grabbing a drink and heading upstairs for amazing vibes. They also have a pool table out the back that you can play on. We got the French cider and it’s got a similar flavour profile to British ones. Worth trying out if you haven’t had a taste
