Bar Valente Cafe

We have only tried the banana smoothie and the coffee thick shake here, unfortunately they weren't great, they weren't too bad either but just average, on the positive side, outside is dog friendly and nice chairs and tables to sit and enjoy your drink, might come back to try different things

I have lived in Dullo for 30+ yrs so have seen it progress from our very first cafe opening Last Drop (long gone) to currently about ten! I am a regular at Bar Valente for a Napoli biscuit and coffee. My main attraction is the Napoli as they are becoming very hard to find in cafe land. I am no coffee snob but the coffee is good, the staff are friendly, and the ambience of sitting outside under cover next to Mville Rd is sort of interesting. Given my restricted menu choice I cannot comment on the rest. For what I do it suits me perfectly.

Im a coffee snob. And so is my partner. This is our favourite coffee place in all of Sydney. No joke. Unassuming looks but coffee is next level awesome 👌

We had breakfast here on Sunday and it was ok. It wasn’t great. I found the ice chai latte very bland, milky and lacked flavour. The big breakfast was very oily, especially the hashbrown which was crispy only on one side, the other was soggy. The poached rags tasted too vinegary and was overcooked. We also didn’t enjoy the blueberry bagel, it tasted artificial and you can tell by the colour that it has been dyed. The lady who served us was nice, otherwise it was quite disappointed at the experience since we decided to give them a try as they have good ratings on Google.

The coffee is great! We ordered an Aussie beef burger with a chips add on and a pasta. The chips is good and the burger is acceptable. The pasta is too oily.
