Stopped into this cafe after a scenic drive. The atmosphere in this place was awesome. Very well decorated, live music and just a nice vibe. The staff were all very happy and friendly and seemed like they loved working there and offered great service. Was no surprise the food was awesome aswell. Highly recommend this place
Visited for lunch. I had the lamb salad and an iced coffee, and both were really nice. The lamb salad was fresh and tasty, and I enjoyed my meal. My partner ordered a thickshake but received what seemed more like a milkshake, which was a little disappointing. The steak sandwich was okay, but the steak was quite chewy. Overall, a mixed experience — some things were very enjoyable, but a couple of items could have been better.
The food was delectable, I had fantastic company of my grandparents. I had a steak sandwich and an iced matcha. I felt very much like a performative male. I certainly hit my protein. We were served by a very nice lady, who made ordering so easy. I was only disappointed because I was unable to order the whole menu. The vibe was very chill and calm the lights are really nice. When I got my food I was very delighted. My steak was perfectly cooked, genuinely the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had, the steak was fall apart tender, and my matcha was utter perfection. Thank you for this great food.
The business offers a free coffee for a 5 star review which clearly has pushed the rating up on Google, let’s face it who doesn’t love a free coffee but it definitely skews the rating. The food is very good here no doubt and the staff are well trained. The big issue is the price, it is crazy expensive for what it is. Saw a review mentioning great milkshakes in the big silver cups, great. Ordered one a bit thicker, came out in a little jar and $12.50! These is $1.50 worth of ingredients tops. Breakfast meals around $28 and having to pay extra for a slice of toast. To add insult they added a surcharge. The menu is at least 30% above a reasonable price. You would be hard pressed to find a more expensive cafe. We will be in the area over the coming months and will be trying others. It’s always interesting when businesses only respond to 5 star reviews. Anyway check out other options.
Came for a coffee. Left spiritually changed. This place doesn’t serve breakfast — it performs it. The coffee hit like a warm hug from someone who genuinely wants you to succeed in life, and the eggs were so good I briefly considered applauding. Special mention to Willow, the absolute queen of hospitality. Efficient, funny, psychic (she knew I needed another coffee before I did), and somehow managing to make you feel like a VIP without ever being weird about it.
