Lovely walk which is also dog friendly. Great views and gorgeous scenery. There is paid parking but the machine wasn’t working.

Great walk and paths are very clear thankfully. I found the map and signs a bit lacking. Dog friendly on a lead. Overall generally easy. However We started to walk down the path to the viaduct and turned back as super steep and I was being lazy knowing I’d have to climb back up.

This place is not the best place for bike adventure however it offers a quick getaway from Sydney for anyone who wants to do a bit of bike jumps or downhill track which is quite hard (then you need to walk around the mountain to go back up), may not be for every kid. There is a little section of the track with a few jumps where jump loving kids can have fun for a couple of hours. Definitely Good for a walking park.

Thought I would ride my bike to Marge's Lookout the other day. Came across three ladies discussing their picnic table experience a few moments ago. Seems the table toppled over when sat on. One of the ladies struck her right shoulder and was rubbing the back of her head. Close inspection show up the problem . The base was set in dirt and not on a concrete base. So the base pulled up easily with any loading. Very poor installation. Typical of BMCC public works? We would hope not. Council's reaction was to remove the table and seat. Safer all around I guess.

Very nice reserve and it has plenty of trail walking here. The two lookouts were very nice from here. Elizabeth lookout was 1.1km from the road and Marges lookout is 1.3km from the road. Nice walks and views along the way. There are bmx trails here so keep an eye out for the bikes.
