Cliff top walking tracks, particularly are known for their magnificent views of canyons, valleys, and waterfalls but are often challenging due to numerous stairs, requiring good fitness and proper footwear. Reviewers recommend starting early to avoid parking issues and crowds, bringing plenty of water, and being aware of varying track conditions, including some road sections. Hikers can link different tracks to create custom-length journeys, with iconic signage to guide the way.

We did the walk backwards (starting at Katoomba). It was a beautiful walk, that we did in 1 day (from 7am till 2pm, with some snack and picture breaks. The last 2,5-3 km were (comparing to the rest of the walk) not so spectacular, but maybe we were just a bit tired 😊

Medium chill walk. There is a little incline towards the end but wonderful scenic views on the track and not extremely long trail. Would recommend to go if near Evan’s lookout and wanting a nice walk.

We walked the 8K from Scenic World to Gordon Falls in a comfortable 2 hours 40. So very beautiful and interesting. Thank you to NSW Parks for the most amazing walk 💕
