I think the food was good, especially the mixed grilled plate. Mixed roasted pumpkin salad was nice and so is the big dog pizza.

One star. And honestly, that’s being generous. I ordered via the QR code at my table, the table number is literally embedded in the system, yet my food was somehow delivered to the wrong table. Fine, mistakes happen. But what followed was pure incompetence. To begin with, I was seated at a table still covered in used glasses from previous customers. Not just one or two, several. I had to move them myself just to have space, and even after waiting quite a while, staff only partially cleared the table, leaving me to sit there staring at someone else’s leftovers while trying to enjoy my own drink. Not exactly the dining experience one hopes for. I then waited nearly 30 minutes while my order sat elsewhere, untouched by any staff awareness. When I approached the staff, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked what I had ordered, as if that information wasn’t already in their own system. Even more astonishing, a staff member then attempted to take the dish from the wrong table and serve it to me. I’m sorry, but in what world is that acceptable? At that point, I refused the food and requested a refund. I had already wasted close to half an hour and, to make matters worse, the drink I received earlier was easily one of the worst I’ve ever had. As for service, basic courtesy seems to be optional here. A simple smile would have been a start. To top it all off, the table that received my order by mistake ended up eating it, presumably for free, while I walked away with nothing but frustration. If you read this and still feel inclined to try this place, by all means, enjoy. But if you value your time, your money, and even the most basic standards of hygiene and service… you might want to think twice.

⭐️4/5🌟 Ordered their Weds Night Schnitzel special. - Good protion & value - Schnitzel was slightly bland, more seasoning would help a lot The IPA on tap was good & refreshing.

The food was amazing! I had the trout and it was delicious. Also, the service was excellent—the manager, Christie, was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!
