Food was phenomenal and the drinks are definitely something I’d go back for! The Aperol Marg was to die for. Didn’t love having to order food and drinks at the bar as it was a little busy, maybe QR codes at the table for food would be better, but all round great vibes and will be back ☺️

From the moment we walked into Salty's, Fiona made the entire experience unforgettable. Exceptional customer service can completely transform a night out, and Fiona delivered exactly that with her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm. She instantly welcomed us with a bright smile and friendly energy that made us feel comfortable and valued from the very beginning. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional and efficient but also naturally engaging and personable, and Fiona balanced all of those qualities perfectly. Throughout the evening, Fiona consistently checked in on us without ever being intrusive. She had an incredible ability to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask, which made the whole dining experience feel seamless and relaxed. Her knowledge of the menu was also seriously impressive. When we asked for a cocktail recommendation, she confidently suggested the coconut margarita, describing it with so much excitement that we simply had to try it. Safe to say, it ended up being one of the best cocktails we’ve had in a very long time. The coconut margarita Fiona made was absolutely amazing. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and packed with flavour, it had the ideal combination of creamy coconut, fresh citrus, and smooth tequila. It was clear that a lot of care and skill went into making it. Every sip tasted fresh and expertly crafted, and it instantly became the highlight of the night. Fiona didn’t just serve us a drink — she created an experience around it. Her passion and confidence in what she recommended really showed, and it made us trust her suggestions throughout the evening. What stood out most about Fiona was her genuine friendliness. She wasn’t simply doing her job; she made a real effort to connect with customers and ensure everyone around her was enjoying themselves. In such a busy venue, she still managed to make us feel like a priority, which speaks volumes about her professionalism and work ethic. Her positive attitude was infectious and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere around our table. Hospitality can often make or break a venue, and Fiona is exactly the kind of person who elevates a place from good to exceptional. Thanks to her incredible service, delicious cocktail recommendation, and warm personality, our visit to Salty’s Bondi was genuinely memorable. We’ll absolutely be coming back, and a huge part of that reason is because of Fiona. She is an absolute asset to the team, and anyone lucky enough to be served by her is guaranteed to have an amazing experience.

Had such a great time at Salty’s Bondi! The atmosphere is exactly what you want when you’re by the beach—relaxed, vibrant, and full of good energy. Stopped by for a drink after the beach and had the BEST margaritas! Adam was incredibly helpful, giving us the best recs! Overall we had amazing service and drinks… highly recommend!!
