Mehhhh….music was quiet, service average, food was slightly better and toilets were rancid. Won’t be returning, employees looked unhappy a little like the venue, soulless and slowing decaying. Totally understandable why it’s so dead here

Crawled in after a sun-scorched day at the beach, people were lovely as hell, locals outside were the best, great smoking area too if you're keen! Also make sure Dave and Jocelyn never leave! Legends.

The Robin Hood Hotel is a classic Aussie pub, great atmosphere and not pretentious (even though they have an amazing French restaurant upstairs that also services the main bar) if you’re bored of the Merrivale influence that has seem to overrun the eastern suburbs this is the place to go. If you want friendly staff who remembers your drink order, amazing food, karaoke, live music and an all round good vibe you need to check it out. This is a hidden gem. (Ps. Good smoking area if that what you’re into) managers are great all around 10 stars

I had such a lovely time! I had super juicy wings highly recommended also very fresh 2$ oysters as Fridays special, music and atmosphere is really good. It was my first time in The Robin Hood Hotel and definitely coming back!

Wow how can a place that use to be so good be so so bad now !! Firstly the manager is very rude and obnoxious he must hate his job, the staff are terrible and not welcoming. Please don't get angry at me when you can't even order our mains correctly or at least tell me what I ordered. I had to ask for a receipt to even no what I had ordered and they had missed one meal off our order, but I'm the problem !! Even when ordering the barmaid couldn't even pay attention to us or even tell me what I ordered. So disappointed as the Hood use to be a great regular spot. To the manager maybe train your staff a little and you won't have to be so rude to patrons just trying to get a drink or meal at your venue. Steak was very undercooked and clearly like the bar staff, they didn't care at all. Only positive is knowing will never go back again !!
