Dishes seemed to be hits & near misses. Tuna tartlet absolutely gorgeous on plate however, the tuna was left in the kitchen, top up the tart thanks. Fish taco super duper finger lickin delicious, so naff though its not Catalina food Devastated with my main John dory filets way overcooked, dry. The szechuan beurre blanc was fantastic saved the dish. Classic desserts, yuzu panna cotta well done Kids menu for $65 needs more thought, deconstructed bruschetta was weird, pasta for main, really?

The highlight of dining at this restaurant is most definately the view. The food was generally good, we enjoyed our mains the most, our starters were just okay. My coconut strawberry dessert was nice however, my partners pavlova was just okay. Considering the price of the restaurant I would have expected more. Service was mixed, because we consistently had so many different servers, things were explained or asked of us multiple times.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding lunch here with family on Christmas Eve 2024 and returned on Christmas Eve 2025 for our first anniversary. On both occasions, the Catalina team made the experience genuinely special. Thank you for the consistently exceptional service, attention to detail, warm hospitality, and outstanding food. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers so seamlessly on such meaningful occasions. A special thank you to Christine for always being so helpful with special requests. Dining at Catalina's made me feel like I've reached a new tax bracket without showing proof to the government. The food tasted as beautiful as it looked, pictures speak for themselves. I thought the service didn't hit the mark, better leave that one in the dark.

We had an exceptional dining experience and truly cannot recommend this place enough! The staff were incredibly attentive and warm, ensuring we felt welcome from start to finish. Every dish was sublimely prepared and artfully presented, complemented perfectly by the gorgeous décor. We were celebrating a birthday, and the outdoor table I requested months in advance was waiting for us - it truly elevated the evening. All in all, a flawless meal. We will definitely be back!
