Collins Lane Cafe is a cafe in Rose Bay with outdoor seating. It hasn't yet been confirmed as dog-friendly, so it's best to check with the venue before visiting.
We recently visited Collins Lane Cafe and it’s such a hidden gem! Tucked away in a small alley, this place is incredibly Instagram-worthy with its colorful setup and cozy atmosphere. It gives off charming European vibes, which is a refreshing change from your typical Sydney café. The whole lane just feels warm, vibrant, and perfect for photos. The food was delicious—definitely worth the visit—and there are also other surrounding restaurants and shops nearby, so you can easily explore the area after your meal or even get a massage! One thing to note is that the lane is so small and can be crowded at times, so manage expectations and be patient. Parking can be a bit tricky since the café is located along a highway. However, there is a parking lot available on Dover Road called Rose Bay Parking or if you’re lucky, you might find street parking nearby. Overall, a beautiful spot for good food, great vibes, and aesthetic photos.
Such a cute hidden gem in Rose Bay . The whole vibe of this place is already a mood😍 colorful walls, cozy outdoor seating, and that relaxed brunch energy we all love. We had a lovely breakfast here and everything just felt easy and enjoyable. The food was simple but satisfying — fresh, comforting, and perfect with coffee. ☕✨ Special mention to that matcha latte (with the cutest art!) and the avo toast moment… chef’s kiss 👌 But what really made the experience stand out was the service. One of the staff, Ronel, was incredibly warm and friendly — the kind of genuine hospitality that makes you want to come back. You can really feel when someone enjoys what they do, and it elevates the whole experience.
Lovely little cafe tucked away in a street between the main Rose Bay Street and the beach. Colourful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating and toilet facility available. Extensive all day menu, plus snacks/sweet treats. Good cup of tea and decent muffin (not too sweet). Friendly service.
We were on the hunt for a good brunch in Rose Bay and almost gave up until I found this little gem on the map. Tucked away off the main road it was such a beautiful surprise. I felt like I entered a portal into another country. The atmosphere was instantly calmer, friendlier, happier and uplifted than elsewhere in Rose Bay. Table service was a nice bonus as well. We had two lovely dishes, 3 perfectly poached eggs on real sourdough toast with a grilled tomato and a Haloumi Stack with avocado, grilled haloumi, crispy bacon and a perfectly cooked poached egg on top, a real tea and spiced milk Chai Tea and a coffee aka Latte. The coffee and tea were perfect, then the food arrived looking delicious and smelling divine. The quality and taste were just as good, much more so than I ever expected from a little cafe in Rose Bay. 5 stars all around. We'll make this our Rose Bay Go-to when here next. So worth it and resonably priced as well for just under 60 dollars with drinks and a bottle of water.
Well priced and delicious. We had the French toast, chicken sandwich and avocado toast with the added egg. Definitely recommend and the lane is very cute. Not much room for a large group you’d need separate tables.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
