A beautiful spot for families. The playground is great with its slides, flying fox, and seesaw, all set against a stunning water view. It’s easy to visit thanks to plenty of parking, clean toilets, and a lovely cafe for a quick coffee. With tons of picnic tables and open space to spread out, it’s the perfect, stress-free place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Lush bushland walking trails, picnic and BBQ areas, a playground, a tidal swimming area, and the historic Carss Cottage Museum. The park is a popular family spot for outdoor activities, birdwatching, and relaxing by Kogarah Bay.
Great park with access to the beach; it also has a playground for kids. Very relaxing atmosphere with family picnics and people walking and exercise. BBQ is not allowed.
Great place to spend time with yourself, friends and/or family. Easier to find parking at the bush side than the flats. Plenty of shaded areas and a variety of spaces, from the sand beach to the playground, restaurant, bbqs and other greens for picnics and play. The restrooms are well maintained. The playground is not the best but still very good for both big and small children.
Nice Park, it’s a lovely walk along the waterside, just bit of crowded during the weekend.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
