Federal Falls is a dog-friendly park in Lawson.

Dog rules

Federal Falls is part of the South Lawson Waterfall Circuit (Blue Mountains City Council land, not NPWS). Dogs are welcome on-leash along the circuit trails. The designated off-leash zone is the cleared area at South Lawson Park; dogs must remain on-leash on the bushland trails to the falls. Great little spot. I wouldn't say to easy to access as towards the end the track gets pretty steep even though they put a handrail. Great to have a quick shower under the fall. The way back up its a bit of killer but definitely enjoyed.

Federal Falls sits in a horseshoe gully with a sandy beach at the base. The path to the falls is fairly well signposted - avoid the temptation to head in the (unmarked) direction of the top of the falls.
