Castelnau Street Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Caringbah South with plenty of shade.
Dogs are permitted on-leash at Castelnau Street Reserve. Sutherland Shire Council requires dogs to be on-leash at all times in public reserves and spaces unless within a designated off-leash area.
Fantastic little park My boys come here all the time and is super close to home Is great for all ages of children, but would be alot better if it had a public toilet.
One of our favourite parks. Good amount of parking but in peak times fills quickly. It has a laneway to a cafe. Large playground with a sand base and a bike track around a decent size grassed area. A few shady spots to sit if free. NO TOILET BLOCK
One of the best playgrounds in the area, plenty of space for the kids to run around and play as it has a grassed area, bike track and playground with sand. Playground is covered over by shade cloth and there is also a water play area. It's also been divided into two areas, the top is aimed at the older kids and the bottom more for the littlies which is great and keeps the older kids from accidentally bowling over the little ones when playing. Both my kids love this park.
great little local playground. Really good sand pit and equipment for the little ones, and a good field for sport and kites with a trail for bikes and scooters for the bigger kids. Also an awesome tree to climb, and lots of beautiful birdlife.
The best part about here is the coffee is just infront on the street. So kids are happy and parents are happy. Not a lot of seats. Picnic rug required most visits. But it’s quiet in the day.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
