Just want to thank all the staff and our son Troy for hosting our family gathering on Sunday. The Chefs did a great job recreating a Maltese dish that everyone enjoyed. Special thanks to Barham and his unexpected generosity it was very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next family event at Winmalee Tavern.

All good. The caesar I ordered had a good amt. of croutons, bacon, parmy cheese & dressing. 👍👍 Staff pleasant. Toilets excellent.

I celebrated my hens over the weekend and when I was organising it I just knew I wanted to go somewhere up in the mountains. I booked an air bnb and around the corner was Winmalee Tavern so we decided to do dinner and games there. The team went above and beyond for me. I effortlessly booked a spot out on the deck and the team even organised for the curtesy bus to do two trips to pick us all up (there was 21 of us). When we arrived there were decorations all around, completely unknowing to me. The two ladies (I'm so sorry I don't remember both their names) had found old decorations from a previous event and decided to help make the booking even more special for me by adding them all around the area. They provided us free bubbly and on top of it all, the food and drinks were top notch. When people needed to leave Nick hopped back in the van and drove them to the air bnb with no objections at all. I honestly have never received service of that level considering we were technically just a large dinner booking. It really felt like the team actually cared about the occasion. My guests all raved about it. We spoke about the friendly, mountains charm which you can't seem to find in Sydney anymore. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you again to the entire team for making my day so much more special.

Classic tavern vibes. Good for loud families as the sound gets absorbed. The guy who served us was helpful and very friendly. My toddler has enough space to get some of his beans out before eating. They sell a vegan schnitzel which is good for fussy eaters.

The Winmalee Tavern offered one of the best trivia nights Nathan and I have ever been apart of. The food was delicious and started the night off with a big bang. And to top it off, they had Mountain Culture on tap 🤤🤤🤤 (they’ve won me over) The trivia production was top notch and engaged with everyone of varying ages. Thanks for giving us the pity win of $10 as we came 10th! Definitely a go to place if we’re ever up here again.
