What a gem! It was delightful to have brunch at the Greedy Civet this morning. Thoroughly enjoyed our pandan kaya toast and rendang melt. Loved the coffees, absolutely delicious. Thank you for providing such a friendly and welcoming space!
I had the Rendang melt which is a fusion toastie with beef rendang, onions, cheese and other spices. It was absolutely fantastic! I must say though, it was just on the borderline for my spicy hot limit. The portion is deceptively massive. I also had a piccolo - white horse coffee beans - which was made to perfection. The Greedy Civet is a great aussie indo fusion! I will definitely go back to try all the other beautiful dishes.
Hands down the best coffee in the neighborhood, and the staff are incredibly friendly. As a traveler, I found myself coming back for two days just to enjoy coffee and conversation. Thanks for the great chats and the helpful tips on where to go in Sydney!
We love the little Greedy Civet, it's our local Cafe and we were so happy when it opened on our street. Joseph and John are incredibly friendly, it's like a home away from home! And the food and coffee are so delicious!! Indo-Australian fusion, you gotta check it out! ❤️
Greedy Civet is a fantastic new addition to Camperdown’s coffee scene. The vibe is warm and welcoming with super friendly staff, Joseph and John always make you feel at home. The coffee is excellent (try the single origin) and the food is even better. I highly recommend the Nasi Goreng and the pork sandwich. A great little spot for a casual bite or a relaxed coffee catch-up. Definitely worth a visit.
