Nice cafe with good coffee. Had the Moroccan style beef roll and it was excellent. Friendly staff
My favourite cafe/bakery in the area! Great pastries, especially the monthly weekend specials they run with different pastry fillings (I still think about the Shakshouka croissant) and fantastic coffee. The staff are all super friendly but there is often a line so be prepared to line up.
Hidden gem with amazing pastries! Everything is baked to perfection and the staff are very friendly. If you're in the area, don't miss out on their pistachio last picture.
Breadfern Bakery is a place I’ve visited before, and it never disappoints. Everything here feels genuinely fresh, just the way a good bakery should be. The coffee is consistently good and pairs perfectly with their baked treats. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You’re always greeted with a smile and friendly service, making it a pleasure to visit every time. I’m a huge fan of their palmiers—they are absolutely delicious and one of the main reasons I love coming back. Flaky, fresh, and perfectly done, they’re hard to resist. Overall, Breadfern Bakery is a lovely spot for fresh bakery items, good coffee, and warm service. It’s definitely one of those places I enjoy visiting again and again.
Banoffee tart ($14) — It's apparent why this is so popular because it's very very good ! Tons of delicious caramel and banana flavour present and the texture of everything, including the dulce de leche, cream, and shell is great too :) it is pretty expensive though so 9/10 Slow cooked beef pie ($9) — AHAGRHRGJRGR DUDE THE PASTRY IS SO GOOD. Not soggy at all, has a solid and crisp structure without being dense or dry in the slightest since the inner parts of the pastry have a wonderful soft mouthfeel and butter flavour pervading all throughout. I think the filling is less impressive as some of the beef chunks are dry and could do with some more gravy. I do have high standards for meat pies though. 8.5/10 There seemed to be a ton of variety of things so I may be back in the future to try some more :3 edit: Tried the passionfruit croissant and a quiche ! I don't remember how much they cost but what I DO remember is how delicious the croissant was ! The thin outside layer was sweet and so wonderfully crisp and the passionfruit filling on the inside tasted really yummy and also had a nice creamy texture. damn writing this is making me want to eat one right now this might actually be 9.5/10 !! The quiche on the other hand was kinda mid. The bacon was hard on the top and was lowkey stabbing my mouth a bit lol. 5/10
