Great food, Great drink, Great vibe. Fish and chips are #1 of Sydney. Newly moved in Redfern but already like the suburb just because of Tudor.

14/11/25: While you sit down to your cosy meals and drinks, know this. For a long time, the hotel traded until 3.00 am every night of the week. Lights were blazing, doors wide open, drinks served, and music blasting, all right across the road from people’s homes. Despite numerous complaints, the hotel refused to comply with its trading hours which were midnight closing Monday to Saturday, and earlier on Sundays. It took a concerted effort by residents, police, council, and Gaming and Liquor NSW to get the hotel to comply with its licence. 8/11/25: The hotel employs Butlers carpet cleaning. Butlers arrives at 5.00 am, carpet cleaning engines roaring, to begin cleaning the hotel’s petri dishes. Never mind people sleeping in their homes nearby. A solution? I rang Butlers and complained. They apologised. However, they sent out another van for more cleaning, at the same time, though this time the van had no livery. Sneaky! 7/11/25: Then there’s the beer kegs. These heavy noisy things get put out at 2am, waking up all and sundry, but it gets worse. The delivery drivers arrive at 6 am to start dropping off the new ones … they get rolled all over the place whilst everyone knows they may not deliver until 7 o’clock! Clover’s rangers never turn up … they always say they’re busy … and it gets worse (to be continued) … 6/11/25: Clover Moore Noise wants the hotel to have live music. Well, she makes sure she has enough money so she doesn’t have to live next door 5/11/25: The hotel regularly plays extremely loud music, completely disregarding its neighbours

A Classic Sydney Pub Experience! Had a great time at the Tudor Hotel! The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, perfect for after-work drinks or a casual night out with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick even during busy hours. Loved the selection of beers on tap and the food was surprisingly good — especially the schnitzel and chips. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the heritage-style architecture adds a lot of character. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Redfern or just looking for a no-fuss, quality pub experience.
