Holiday Haven Kangaroo Valley is a dog-friendly park in Kangaroo Valley.
Shoalhaven City Council's Dog Off-Leash Guide states: "Dogs in the Shoalhaven are required to be 'on leash'" unless in a designated off-leash area or dog-prohibited area. This venue is not named in Shoalhaven's off-leash list or prohibited list under D23/519887 (MIN23.740, December 2023), so the council-wide default on-leash rule applies. The camping facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and focus on having a great time. It’s also incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play and explore safely. Small caravan park in an excellent location. Nice campground, quiet and facilities all clean. Great swimming spot in the river couple of minutes walk. 15 minute walk to the pub in town. Servo across the road with mini mart shop is handy. Would stay again anytime.
We camped here last night in a tent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities on site were great for cooking, we had a very nice bbq in the kitchen area. The location is great, the bridge is very scenic as well as the mountains and we even went for a swim in the river which was a very nice bonus. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!
It was ok. The powered sites are as far away from the amenities and river as can be. But close to the noise from the main road, construction across the road sent me mad during the day. Internet isn’t great drops out a lot and only 5gb a day No grey water pipe to plug into It’s a fair walk down to the river, exhausting carrying everything up and down. It’s close to town which is convenient but really needs toilets at both ends of the park. Ok if passing through hut wouldn’t stay more than a day or two and don’t bring kayaks it’s way too far and steep to carry them
