Black Head Reserve is an exposed, beautiful headland at Gerroa with expansive views down Seven Mile Beach. Dogs can exercise off-leash here, with seasonal restrictions that can apply, so it is worth checking the signage. There is plenty of open space to walk and explore on the headland. A scenic, breezy spot for an off-leash walk with a view.

Great views of the south. Good parking areas. We go there for relatively dark skies for astrophotography
Exposed and beautiful. The headland has tons of space to walk and explore with off leash dog area . The are expansive views down seven mile beach and back up the coast. Sun rise and sunset best for photo ops
Beautiful scenic place with ancient Permian sandstone, an ancient ocean bed older than the dinosaurs full of fossils
