We live in wheeler heights so this is one of the favourite places of ours to go in the local area. The kids Park has got lots of things to keep kids entertained all of the usual things slides, climbing, swings etc The park also has lots of trees so you can keep shady and cooling summertime. Just across from the kids playground is the beautiful lake which you can walk around for a total of a 9 km walk if you feel up for it. You can also hire a kayak and go for a paddle in the lake. This is a really safe activity because the lake is not deep at all.

Located at 1417 Pittwater Road, Narabeen, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 This is a wonderful place to come. There’s a fantastic fenced playground 🛝 along with a basketball 🏀 court. This leads to a beautiful park overlooking the water. The playground has a lot natural shade and brilliant imaginative playground equipment. There’s plenty of tables/chairs facilities for people wanting to have a picnic but also you can just pick a spot and sit on the grass. There’s a lot of wildlife like ducks 🦆 and so on. If you wanted, you can also eat at the cafes located around for example the Tramshed Cafe. BBQ facilities are also available but are first come, first served and are popular on weekends and holidays. There’s plenty of parking 🅿️ available but this could fill up quickly especially on the weekends and during school holidays. From Monday to Friday, it’s a 3 hour limit and on Saturday it’s 2 hours. It’s a popular spot for people who canoe 🛶, we saw a few of them. It’s wonderful for splashing in the lake front. There’s a wonderful pram friendly and wheelchair 🦽 friendly walk around the lake. Very accessible. There’s a monthly market held in the Reserve on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 9.00am until 3.00pm. There’s good toilet 🚻 facilities available, including disabled toilets. Would most definitely recommend visiting this beautiful place, it’s so picturesque and you can just relax and enjoy the views and surroundings. Thumbs up!!! 👍👍👍
