Dog rules

Under the Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be on-leash at all times in all parks and public places. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's playground equipment and food preparation areas, from active sports fields during organised sport, public bathing areas, school grounds, and child care centres. Dog faeces must be removed immediately. (Source: The Hills Shire Council — Stay out of the Doghouse, thehills.nsw.gov.au.)

This is a massive park, with lots of potential. I am giving 2 stars in a hope council reviews these. The park needs to turn into 2 sections, one as a dog play area and one as a kids play area. I don't have a dog but many people around this area do and I am sure they would appreciate it. I have two young kids which I would like to take here but the play area is really showing its age, and there isn't really a parents/picnic area. Lots of parks have really good examples on what a big green area can turn into. Please look after one of the biggest parks in this area.

Very nice place with play ground and space for kids to play and run around. No toilet facility.

It’s suitable for 2 plus years kids. No restrooms Just one picnic bench Small wall climbing and a spider web net is something fun and challenging for toddlers. It’s a small park.
