Coolong Reserve Fenced Dog Park is a fully enclosed off-leash area in Castle Hill with double lock-in, lock-out gates, so dogs can run securely without slipping out. It suits dogs of all sizes, with shade, drinking water and toilets on hand. It has a friendly local crowd, making it an easy place for a relaxed off-leash play. A secure, well-set-up dog park for a good run.
Designated off-leash area — within the fenced area. Dogs must be supervised by a competent person over 16 years of age, under voice control, with no more than 4 dogs per handler. Restricted or dangerous breeds prohibited from off-leash areas. (Source: The Hills Shire Council — Off-Leash Dog Parks, thehills.nsw.gov.au.)
Nice local dog park with lots of friendly dogs and people. My puppy loves to play with other dogs and runs around the park.
We play near the dog park as the owners have big dogs and they don't clean up after their big dogs messy businesses. The area outside the actual big dog park is perfect for little dogs off lead. Only four stars as it's not safe for us to be in big dog park.
Great place to take our dog. The other owners keep effective control of their dogs and are friendly and sociable. Three park benches for resting while our dog plays, two options for rehydrating thirsty dogs, and training equipment for the more athletic dogs.
This is a great place to take your fur kids small, medium or large. It's fully enclosed, with lock in, lock out gates so your fur friend can't escape by accident. There are multiple spots to dispose of your fur kid's poo. Please be respectful and pick up at all times. There is a watering station for a thirsty fur kid who's been running around and agility activities for the smartest of hounds. Different sized dogs come at different times of the day, so work out what group best suits your fur kid. A great space for a doggy social outing! 🐕
Plenty of seats both in shade and sun. Lots of grass, 2 water fountains and 2 entrances.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
