Lovely place to go! Quick service, and very dog friendly. Although it was hot, it was cool inside. Fantastic menu selection! We ordered the halloumi sunrise with smoked salmon and the Italian bruschetta. We also ordered the scrambled eggs for the dog and it was a generous serving that he absolutely smashed. The biscoff frappe was one of the best frappes I’ve ever had! Will definitely have to come back and try more on the menu!

Staff there are super friendly and quick to have people seated. Been here a couple of times with my brother and they don't disappointed every time. If you are local, I would strongly recommend coming here. I would recommend trying their pistachio Pancakes. Service was great and good was great!! Will definitely be coming back here.

A very busy but worthwhile spot to visit. The menu has so many options and the food is delicious! The kids play area is a hit as well, so nice to be able to see the kids having fun while you’re relaxing. They even got a free lollipop which was definitely a highlight for them. Not sure how I’ve lived in the hills my whole life and only just discovered this place. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner took me to Frankie’s for the first time while visiting his family, and it’s easy to see why they’re regulars. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, with great lighting, greenery, and water views. The sourdough items were my favourite! They’re fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly baked. Food came out fairly quickly, though I was the only one still waiting while the rest of the table had their meals, which was a bit disappointing. The hotpot prawns were just okay and not something we’d order again, with better options on the menu. Service was great! Our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout, always with a smile.

This place offers a warm, family-friendly escape with beautiful garden-centre views and a relaxed, rustic vibe. The airy space, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the duck pond, creates a cheerful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Kids love feeding the ducks and spending time in the play area while parents enjoy a quiet moment over brunch. The food consistently impresses. Fresh, generous, and full of flavour - while the coffee is decent, though not exceptional. The café’s vibrant energy and scenic setting make it a favourite weekend spot for families and friends alike. Cleanliness can be inconsistent at times. I even spotted a dirty spoon on this visit, but the ambience and overall experience easily make up for it. Frankie’s Food Factory truly shines as a place where good food, laughter, and nature come together for a relaxed family outing.
