Lovely place to go! Quick service, and very dog friendly. Although it was hot, it was cool inside. Fantastic menu selection! We ordered the halloumi sunrise with smoked salmon and the Italian bruschetta. We also ordered the scrambled eggs for the dog and it was a generous serving that he absolutely smashed. The biscoff frappe was one of the best frappes I’ve ever had! Will definitely have to come back and try more on the menu!

This place is part theme park part restaurant. At weekends the place goes off, with large numbers seated both indoors and out. The food is good and the servings are very generous. Expect a 5-10 minute wait to get a table during peak times. Service is pretty good, though staff have their work cut out during the busy lunch period.

What an experience today! Went there to buy some plants from the Flower Ppwer, and decided to give it a shot… 100% successful experiment! The staff was kind to spend a few extra minutes helping us understand all the vegetarian options, and giving us time to order even though it was a very busy afternoon! We ordered Nachos, a vegetarian sandwich and a red sauce pasta with a drink. The portions were great, and the food very tasty with a variety of flavours in every bite! We are sure to go back again sometime.. A 15% public holiday surcharge on top of credit card fees has started feeling excessive considering the overall costs of living! I sincerely hope all of this is going to the hard working staff at the restaurant!

We had a really good experience at Frankie’s Food Factory Glenhaven. The environment was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered Teta’s Egg, Italian Shakshuka, and Pancakes — and everything tasted amazing! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in the area! 😊

Vibrant and family friendly atmosphere! Service is great once you are seated and waiting time after ordering is pretty quick. Food is great and also well presented. Love my matcha latte! Booking is still relevant if you want to have a good table but actually not a big deal since they dont ask your reservation name at all and the queue for those with reservation was not a priority and they seated those who still come first even without reservation. Also my second poached egg is hard boiled. But happy tummy is still that matters most especially with hungry growing kids!
