We had a delicious lunch at Ada’s Affair in Glebe on Monday. Indonesian inspired menu got us interested. Our two sandwiches were delicious - one was chicken served with a broth and sambal. The other was a Balinese inspired pork focaccia served with hot honey. So good! Also got an Indo inspired coffee drink - paired fantastic with the sandwiches. Great spot in Glebe. Friendly staff. Highly recommended cafe.
Indo culture vibe cafe, Indonesian Food hybrid in a Sandwich and porridge for brekky, sweets klepon in a lamington cake. Coffee mocktails STMJ and Djamoe ☕️👌🏻. You guys should try! It's all amazing!
it is always a treat to visit ada’s affair! we had the soto ayam, babi guling, and ayam geprek focaccias + the ada’s bubur ayam + kaya egg tart. all were soooo good. especially love their indonesian flavored focaccia sandwiches. my favorite is the babi guling and ayam geprek focaccia sandwiches. gotta add the hot honey! as for drinks we rly enjoyed the S.T.M.J (ginger egg oat milk honey shot). great cafe and friendly owner. wish i could eat here every day 🤤
We were intrigued by how they would combine some of the savoury famous Indonesian dish with foccacia and we were glad to try for ourselves. Ayam geprek focaccia, it wasn't dry, thanks to hot honey on the side. Also comes with the killing authentic sambal spice. Babi guling focaccia, it was more meaty than we thought, no crackling accompanying. Both were delicious. Matcha was certainly of high grade, smooth with the right balance of bitterness and sweetness. The shop has a cosy dining area. It would be good if the menu is more visible, to help people decide on their food and drinks choice prior to the counter, especially when there are interesting choices that people may be unfamiliar with.
Cafe staff are really nice and thoughtful. Their babi guling is a must try. Great coffee too.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
